Our Story

Hi there,

My name is Cross Marchand, proud Owner and Operator of CeDemar LLC.  I really appreciate your time to read into my story of getting into this industry - I hope this helps with getting to know me!

My story begins with growing up in Gonzales, Louisiana with having a passion in playing with tractors on the floor until I was about age 12.  Throughout my childhood years, I was always in awe of farm equipment and especially construction equipment, which eventually led me to operating my first pieces of equipment when I was around 15.  My first solo operation was with a Caterpillar 303.5E in 2015, and this moment was when I truly knew what I wanted to do with my life.  With this passion in mind, I built up both my intelligence and integrity at Catholic High School in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.  With the passion of construction equipment firing my motivation and my awareness that was instilled upon me from Catholic High to do the very best I can, I strive to build the leading Excavation and Earthwork company in the great state of Louisiana.
